3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

 

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout using our accepted payment methods.

  • You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order; this does not guarantee acceptance.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the UK and internationally. Delivery times and charges vary depending on location and shipping method selected.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

6. Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will happily issue a refund, replacement or exchange.

All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery along with their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for refunds, replacements or exchanges.

Please contact us to request a return. If your return is accepted, we will instruct you as to where to to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Delivery duties are not included in the item price when shipping outside of the UK.

Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
